Custom home, sits on 1 acre, over looking the Signature! hole, of Estes Park Golf Course. 2 living areas, 2 bedrooms, plus loft, 2 1/2 baths. Views! Views! and more Views! Lots of wildlife to watch, and of course GOLF! Sleeps up to 14 people.

Mountain Vacation Home (On the Green)	$325. a night, 3 night min. up to 6 people. Weekly rate-7 days,6 nights $1800.00 up to 6 people	$200. a night, 2 night min.	$150. a night 2 night min.
Summer:	May 26 to Sept. 10- 07'
Spring Fall:	April 7 to May 22- 08' Sept13 to Nov. 5- 07'
Winter:	Nov. 6 to April 6

$10 for each additional person

Cancellation Policy: A refund of your deposit is guaranteed if reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. On cancellations with shorter notice, you will be responsible for any nights that the cabin can not be re-rented. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL NUMBER OF NIGHTS YOU RESERVE. There are no refunds due to late arrival or early departure.
